从事水稻绿色高效栽培技术研究,现任中国水稻研究所稻作技术中心主任,中国农科院智能高效稻作技术团队首席,农业农村部智慧农业专家咨询委委员,浙江省农学会副理事长,浙江省粮油产业技术推广服务团队岗位专家。
